Process, from concept to production

Unlike larger design agencies, we choose to work on a select number of projects at any given time. This enables us to provide an entirely bespoke and acutely focused service, and allows us to maximise creativity. It also provides our clients with a consistent point of contact and gives greater potential for a targeted, efficient and enjoyable collaboration.

Discover

Market research, competitor benchmarking, and user insights.

We research, observe and analyse the user requirement of a brief; highlighting insights and opportunities.

Ideate

Concept generation, sketching, and early form exploration.

With a strategic foundation we develop ideas using ideation workshops, 3D form studies, visualization, and prototypes.

Develop

3D CAD modeling, material selection, and prototype creation

Our design teams refine concepts into tangable and usable designs through many iterations, building rigs to perfect mechanisms. We optimise form, function, colour, material, and finish and create functional and technical specifications that can be shared with suppliers for costing.

Define

Usability testing, engineering refinements, and design optimisation for tooling

We collaborate with industry leading manufacturers to produce products that are truly built to last, and facilitate the transfer of complex 3D product data, technical specifications and can oversee the entire production process.
