Joseph Joseph - PegStore™
Joseph Joseph needed a smarter way to store clothes pegs - typically loose, messy, and easy to lose. We partnered with them to design the PegStore™ - a 30-peg set that clips neatly onto a vertical stand, addressed peg misplacement, and offered easy storage, drying-line use, and durability.

Process
Through user insight and field observation of laundry routines, we pinpointed frustrations around misplaced pegs, untidy storage, and limited portability.
We designed a race-track style base that holds pegs upright yet allows them to be easily taken and replaced. The top hook is designed to hang on washing lines and indoor airers.
The pegs and stand are made from UV-resistant recycled polypropylene, selected for weather resilience and longevity. We balanced grip strength with material flexibility and recycled-feel aesthetics, using only two moulded parts for the peg.
Iterative prototypes refined peg-to-stand clip feedback, hook strength, weather durability, and the balance between firm grip and release.
We delivered production CAD, tooling specs and visuals - supporting the launch.
