We led the design and engineering process, collaborating with Joseph Joseph to transform user needs into refined, reliable products.
We shaped the Viva aesthetic to feel premium yet approachable, optimizing proportions for countertop and travel use. Ergonomic handling informed the adjustable mirror angle, finger‑loop mirror strap, and tactile mirror placements.
We engineered drawer mechanisms (magnetic closures), rotating mirror pivots, and silicone‑band finger straps for robustness and intuitive use. Ensured storage compartments accommodated typical makeup essentials (brushes, palettes, tools) while remaining compact.
We delivered CAD files, tooling specifications, part tolerances, and assembly sequences. Materials were selected—recycled ABS and silicone—for durability, hygiene, and cost-effective high-volume production.
